- 5 to 10 years of relevant experience, focusing on IT services and RPA solutions.
- Strong understanding of IT Services sales cycles and processes.
Skills:
- Strong Python architecture & development experience (Django, Flask, FastAPI).
- Hands-on with automation tools: Selenium, Robot Framework, Jenkins, Ansible.
- DevOps: Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines.
- Cloud: AWS / Azure / GCP.
- SQL & NoSQL database expertise.
- Develop & integrate REST APIs, microservices & GraphQL.
- Data tools: Pandas, NumPy, SciPy.
- Web scraping: Beautiful Soup, Scrapy(Power Platform exposure (optional)).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Responsibilities:
- Design scalable software architecture using Python.
- Develop automation scripts/tools for CI/CD, deployment & testing.
- Lead development teams, mentor engineers, and conduct code reviews.
