Qualifications:
- B.Tech / B.E / Master’s in Computer Science, IT or related domain
- 5 to 12 years of relevant experience, focusing on IT services and RPA solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of any RPA tools. (Automation Anywhere, UiPath)
- Proficient in creating PDDs and SDDs.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to understand complex business processes.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with business stakeholders to identify and document process automation opportunities.
- Develop detailed Process Definition Documents (PDD) and Solution Design Documents (SDD) for RPA implementation.
- Collaborate with the technical team to define automation feasibility and scope
- Serve as a liaison between the business and technical teams to ensure clarity in requirements and deliverables.
- Support the QA and development teams during the testing phase by providing clarifications and validating test results.
